Lynch Fluid Controls Inc. is a Canadian corporation dedicated to designing, manufacturing and distributing high quality fluid power, hydraulic and pneumatic components. Internal divisions of the company include: Lynch Manifolds & Valve Packs, Sun Hydraulics, Lynch Electronics and Lynch Electro-Hydraulics. At Lynch, we take great pride in our ability to provide application solutions and have the ability to follow up with complete engineering and CNC manufacturing, assembly and testing. Our facilities are 40,000 sq. ft. with a team of over 60 production and engineering staff. We maintain complete compliance with ISO 9001:2008 and AS9100C. Within our building you will find the latest in CAD/CAM/CAE software, hardware and machine tools. Satisfied customers include Spar Aerospace, Husky, Engel, Universal Studios, Indal and T.R.W. to name a few. We service an extremely diverse range of clients and our work can be found anywhere from the stage set of Miss Saigon to the depths of heavy water reservoirs and copper mines of South America. Lynch Electro-Hydraulics is a service centre for all makes of servo and proportional valves and accompanying electronic circuitry. The facility utilizes a stainless steel, ultra-fine filtration, computerized test stand, complete with our own analog data acquisition and Visual Basic digital reporting system. Lynch Fluid Controls is a member of the National Fluid power Association and won the 2003 Etobicoke Chamber of Commerce Business Excellence Award for Manufacturing/ Innovations. We are also a proud Enviro-Friendly corporation engaged in numerous recycling and pollution reduction programs.


  • Bar Manifolds Manifolds for hydraulic, pneumatic or process applications: Lynch Bar Manifolds are enhanced to maximize performance while accommodating the highest number of standard options in a more uniform and easier-to-install package. The basic concept behind our bar manifolds remain the same; however, we looked beyond established layouts and developed a series of stringent design parameters to configure our products. Lynch manifolds are designed in 3D and fabricated on state-of-the-art CNC machinery; incorporating flange, cartridge and slip-in valving.   • Subplates with Circuits Subplates with relief from P to T are designed to provide a means to connect a single valve to field piping either on the power unit or near the actuator.   • Cover Plates Cover Plates are used in place of directional valves to either completely block off a bar manifold station, or to provide a means of flushing a manifold as determined by the internal port connections chosen.   • Headers and Junctions Header and Junction blocks are used to provide distribution or connection points in a fluid power piping system. Headers provide a common through port for multiple inlet or outlet ports at each station to be neatly connected together – providing support to the piping station. Junctions offer termination points to join individual lines in order to change direction or combine/split flow with other lines at each station – providing support to the piping station.   • DIN Bodies Din Bodies are designed for standard two-port slip-in cartridges. The bodies are designed to offer the maximum in flexibility in circuit applications.   • Custom Manifolds We offer you our complete machining facility for any custom circuits you require. Products can be built from concept utilizing our fluid power expertise or from your complete shop drawings. Using our CNC machinery with advanced software, consistent quality and finish is assured.   • Digital Display Proportional Valve Driver (Amplifier) The Digital Display Proportional Valve Driver supplies a solenoid with current proportional to the input signal from a potentiometer, PLC or other control system. The Lynch driver is compatible with any proportional valve brand and is suitable for any proportional application. Available as a single or dual driver.   • Valve Pack - 2 Speed Valve Contained in a small efficient package, Lynch’s 2 Speed Valves are built to go from full speed to a slow controlled motion by simply energizing the solenoid. - Cost efficient 2 speed solution. - Normally open or closed solenoid options. - Coil voltages from 12 VDC to 230 VAC. - Free flow check, or pressure compensated flow control.
